<p>Return the returned articles in original packaging, undamaged and unused, within 14 days.<br>Note: Electronic or specially ordered parts can NOT be returned.<br>Carefully handle the packaging of an item.<br>Do not write texts and do not stick stickers or tape on the original packaging of the article.<br>Pack the return items in a box if necessary to prevent transport damage.<br>You must send the invoice with the return shipment.<br>Problems with shipping, at or by the company that takes care of the shipment to us, are at your risk as sender. Always keep your shipping receipt.</p> <p>Note: In case of return, the costs of both outward and return shipment are for the customer.</p>

<p>With MPR parts you can exchange or return an item within 14 days. You must therefore make a report within this period while the product may return outside this period. You have 14 days to return the products after the notification. These days' reflection period start on the day after delivery of the package. We request to report transport damage within 24 hours from the discovery of the defect by e-mail. Upon arrival, it must be checked whether the delivery is complete. The shipping costs of the forwarding will be reimbursed if the entire order is returned. You will receive the entire purchase amount, including shipping costs for the forwarding, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the moment of dissolution on your account.</p>
