1. Choose your product
If you want to buy a product, look for this product on the website. This can be done using the search function or the menu at the top of the website. If you are looking for the OEM / part number, you will immediately get to the right part. Once you have found the product. click 'add to cart', now the product is in your shopping cart.
2. Enter your data
If all products are in the shopping cart, go to the shopping cart. Check that all products and the right quantities are in your shopping cart. Now click on "Checkout" and enter all your data or log in with the previously created account. The shipping costs are displayed.
3. Select the payment method
This can be done via iDEAL, Mister Cash, Paypal or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Then the payment screen of the selected payment method appears. You can complete the payment on this secure page.
5. Confirmation order
Upon completion of the payment, a screen will appear indicating that your purchase and payment have been received. You will also receive a confirmation of your purchase by e-mail.
6. Shipping order
After we have received your order, it will be picked up by the people from our logistics center, packed and ready for shipment by TNT or POST NL.
7. Confirmation of delivery
After our logistics colleagues have placed your order, you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order on the TNT website.
8. Order delivered
